# 6. GOVERNANCE

Given the high circulating supply at launch (80%+), RealmScale is effectively a DAO from Day 1.\
Governance will occur via RGP (RealmScale Governance Proposals).

* RGP-1 (Technical): Upgrades to the ZK-EVM circuits.
* RGP-2 (Treasury): Allocation of the 10% Ecosystem fund.
* RGP-3 (Parameters): Adjusting block size and proving fees.

Voting power is strictly proportional to token holdings. No special "Council" keys exist that can override the community vote on critical parameters.
